En una parcela en esquina a 40 metros del cordón dunar de la playa de Oliva se ubica el edificio. La idea del edificio es mostrar un edificio cilíndrico al observador, que responda de igual manera a las dos calles a las que vuelca el mismo. Las fachadas posteriores, sin embargo, dejan percibir la realidad. No se trata de un cilindro, sino de un prisma a partir de una base de un cuarto de circunferencia.
The building is located on a corner plot 40 meters from the dune cord of Oliva beach. The idea of the building is to show a cylindrical building to the observer, which responds in the same way to the two streets to which it overturns. The rear facades, however, reveal reality. It is not a cylinder, but a prism from a quarter circumference base.
