La Casa Puche, se encuentra en el límite de una urbanización, teniendo en el lado norte la calle y el resto de casas vecinas, y en el lado sur vistas largas hacia terreno no urbanizable. Además el terreno donde se localiza la vivienda tiene un denivel considerable hacia el lado sur. Por tanto, la forma y el diseño de la casa busca acoplarse al terreno y además levantarse para encontrar las vistas largas y buscar la luz del sol.
La planta baja se acopla al desnivel, creando un recorrido de descenso paulatino hasta llegar a la zona de baño.
La planta superior comienza en la calle con las estancias secundarias y avanza hacia el dormitorio principal, que enfoca sus vistas hacía los campos y la lejanía de las montañas.
Casa Puche is located on the edge of an urbanization, with the street and other neighboring houses on the north side, and long views of undeveloped land on the south side. In addition, the land where the house is located has a considerable slope towards the south side. Therefore, the shape and design of the house seeks to fit the terrain and also rise to find the best views and seek sunlight.
The ground floor accommodates to the slope of the terrain, creating a gradual descent route until the swimming area.
The upper floor begins on the street with the secondary rooms and progresses towards the master bedroom, which focuses its views towards the fields and the distant mountains.
